Step Into Joy is a multi-week adult line dance class designed to uplift the community through movement, music, and connection. This event promotes cardio health, mindfulness, self-esteem, and mental wellness — all while having fun in a judgment-free environment. This joyful, rhythmic experience welcomes all fitness levels and abilities. It’s less about being perfect — and all about feeling empowered, connected, and free. For ages 18+.
