Restorative Yoga is a 50-minute library class for adults focused on gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and nervous system support. Led by local instructor Catherine Gupta, the session helps participants slow down and release physical tension through simple, guided poses. This session is designed specifically for adults of all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. The class is entirely free to attend, but you must register in advance because space in the meeting room is limited. Remember to pack your own yoga mat or a thick towel, as the library does not provide equipment.
