Packapalooza: Free festival at NC State August 22

Packapalooza is a huge, free, family-friendly block party and street festival welcoming the Wolfpack back to campus. It takes place on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, from Brooks Avenue to the roundabout near the Memorial Belltower, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The whole community is invited to this free street festival. The festival includes music, games, vendors and much more. Packapalooza features more than 300 vendor booths, live music on multiple stages, and attracts over 85,000 attendees. The main stage is in front of Aloft Hotel, 2100 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, North Carolina. Fall is looking great around the Triangle, whether you're looking for something spooky or totally kid-friendly! Zones at Packapalooza International Zone Learn about the different cultures that make up NC State's global community. Students will share talents from around the globe. Green Zone Learn about the how NC State and the local community are committed to sustainability, and how you can make a difference as well. Pack Pride Warrior Zone Meet members of NC State Police Department, Raleigh Police Department, Raleigh Fire Department and the Armed Forces. A real fire truck will be there for you to explore.
