You've protected us. Now, let us protect you! Join us for an information session (online or in-person) to learn now Wake County Public Health can support our veterans by diagnosing, treating and curing Hepatitis C. Those who have served our country and those born before 1965 are at a higher risk of Hepatitis C due to past medical care practices, previous tattoo regulations and other reasons. You could have Hepatitis C for decades and not know it while your liver is being damaged. As we age, we rely on our liver to process more medications and ongoing liver damage may cause liver cancer. Wake County Public Health can help you find a doctor, access medications and link to other supportive services in the community regardless of insurance or income. We can also assist with education and testing of your family members. Register now to attend! Questions? Email andrew.farr@wake.gov Can't make this date?
