Fit + Flow at Fenton is a premier fitness and wellness festival that combines the Peak City Fitness Festival and the Triangle Yoga Festival for one amazing day centered around fitness and wellness. This fest is designed to unite community through movement, yoga, and Pilates. We have expanded from our foundational roots in Apex and our scaling to Fenton and we cannot wait! At Fit + Flow at Fenton there will be outdoor group fitness classes, vendor market, wellness activations, music, and workshops! We are truly expanding and our mission is to make this the largest fitness festival in the Carolinas! If you have not participated in any of our festivals, this is the time to join us!
