Each session will provide participants with hands-on guidance, creative prompts, and time to explore a new journaling style in a relaxed, supportive environment. Participants will be encouraged to experiment with materials, layouts, and storytelling in ways that feel authentic to them. Whether you are completely new to journaling or looking to expand your creative practice, this class is intended to inspire self-expression, creativity, and confidence.
