Featuring expertly crafted dishes inspired by Bill’s travels and prepared by renowned Durham chef Phoebe Lawless, this dinner promises to delight your palate with bold, quirky, and iconic tastes of American cuisine. Bill will host the dinner and provide a multimedia experience/slideshow offering a deep dive into the weird world of regional food.Your meal will consist of seven surprise courses, large and small, including dessert. (IMPORTANT: Due to the unusual nature of this meal, they cannot accommodate special orders or food allergies!)The dinner will be held inside the soon-to-open Fullsteam Public House in the heart of Durham's American Tobacco District, between the Lucky Strike water tower and smokestack.
