- If you are visiting with younger kids, focus on just one or two floors and prioritize the live-animal areas to avoid getting overwhelmed.
- The museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day itself, but it remains open Friday through Sunday over the holiday weekend.
- You can borrow free noise-cancelling headphones and sensory bags at the information desks, and elevators connect every level.
