Incredible Science is a free, thirty-minute live demonstration series held at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in downtown Raleigh. Museum educators lead visitors through rotating science topics, switching between chemistry experiments, physics demonstrations, and natural history lessons. Your kids might see a lesson on how beaver teeth work one day, and a demonstration on inertia or buoyancy the next. This program is best suited for elementary and middle school-aged children who can sit attentively for a half-hour presentation. Because the event takes place on the third floor of the Nature Exploration Center, you can easily pair it with a walk through the dinosaur exhibits.
