Visit Boxyard for an afternoon and evening of Halloween fun! There will be trick-or-treating throughout Boxyard, story time, a costume contest, a Monster Mash Dance Party and so much more! For the Monster Managers (aka adults), there will be some great drink specials just for you. When you arrive, stop by the info table to get your Boxyard Trick-or-Treat Bingo Card. Return with the whole card complete by 7:30 p.m. for a special Boxyard prize!
Trick-or-Treat at Boxyard is a free community Halloween celebration featuring trick-or-treating, a costume contest, story time, and a dance party at Boxyard RTP in Durham. To participate, head to the information table first to pick up a trick-or-treat bingo card. Kids who complete the card by 7:30 PM win a prize. The event is best suited for toddlers through elementary-aged children. Parking is free in the main Boxyard lot, but it can fill up quickly, so arriving early is recommended. Bring your own candy buckets and dress the kids in their costumes. This is an easy Saturday evening outing because it combines kid-friendly entertainment with food and drink options for parents. You can grab dinner from one of the on-site vendors while the kids enjoy the activities.
