Think potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, peanuts, ginger, turmeric, and so many more! If the part we eat grows below the surface, we want to celebrate it.</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">There will be cookbooks available for browsing at the North Regional Library information desk, but you can get your recipe from any cookbook or other source.</span><span style="font-size:16px;"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">When you know the name of the dish you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">And don't forget some containers for leftovers!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Questions?
