The Teen Makers Workshop: DIY Pouch Party is a free hands-on crafting session where teenagers can customize their own canvas pencil cases using fabric markers, stencils, and patches. This event is designed specifically for middle and high school students, making it a comfortable space for older kids to hang out and create. The library provides all the necessary materials, so your teen only needs to bring their ideas. Parking at the Southeast Regional branch is plentiful and free, and you do not need a library card to participate. It is a low-pressure weekday activity that gives teens a chance to socialize outside of school while making a practical accessory they will actually use in class.
