Story Explorers Book Club: Spooky Reads is a seasonal literary gathering and activity hour for elementary school students at the Oberlin Regional Library. Kids will discuss eerie stories and participate in hands-on projects themed around autumn mysteries. This program is designed specifically for children in third through fifth grade, and there is no cost to attend. While the event is free, the library staff requests that you register your child online in advance to secure a spot. It makes an excellent Friday afternoon stop because it bridges the gap between the school week and the weekend. Your child gets to socialize in a structured, educational environment while you browse the stacks or enjoy a quiet moment in the library.
