Design a Folk Art shrine using a handmade Mexican Talavera ceramic tile and stained glass with local artist Susan Reynolds @bijousavvy. Let your creative mind take over during this 5 hour workshop and design a unique Folk Art shrine using a Mexican Talavera ceramic tile and stained glass pieces in various sizes, colors, and shapes. Collaborate and share ideas with other students for a fun day of stained glass design. All supplies are provided. There will be a short break midway, so bring a snack for a boost of energy! Flux and patina can have a strong odor, so please bring a mask (N95 preferred) and don't forget your glasses/readers should you need assistance with the fine details. Bring a friend - we have a 4 person minimum for a class to take place! This class is open to students 18+.
