TWO YEARS OF QUEER CABARET?! Oh, we are celebrating big for this one! Join us Saturday, August 8th at Speakeasy in Carrboro as we toast to two years of community, magic, and absolute glamour! We’ve put together a massive, action-packed night you seriously don’t want to miss—especially since we are also celebrating the birthdays of the fabulous AquaPOURin’ and Summer Flings! Here’s the game plan for the ultimate anniversary and birthday bash: 7:00 PM — “Cameron Price is Right” Trivia Show up early, grab a drink, and test your skills! 9:00 PM — The Anniversary & Birthday Show! (18+) Hosted by the fabulous AmanDuh Barron, we’re turning things up with an extra-special, show-stopping mix of both drag and burlesque performers. Get ready for a mind-blowing lineup of local icons featuring Garnet Starlet, Gyna Gunt, Bebe Daddy, AquaPOURin’, Summer Flings, and Franny Starlight! 11:00 PM — Dance Party with DJ NIHL (18+) We're opening up the dance floor and keeping the party going late! Since we have so much to celebrate, we highly encourage everyone to show up in your absolute most fabulous, sparkly fits—but seriously, zero pressure. Just come as your wonderful self!
