What songs carry memories of the people and places that have shaped us? In this interactive workshop, participants will reflect on songs connected to family, home, heritage, or tradition and create a small collage-style memento that brings together music, memory, images, and words. Together, we'll explore the ways songs can hold stories, connect generations, and become part of the everyday archives we carry with us. Led by Duke music professor Dr. Sophia Enriquez, part of "Forum @ the Library" - a monthly series featuring Duke faculty sharing their work in an interactive format, hosted by the Library in partnership with Duke's Forum for Scholars and Publics at the Franklin Humanities Institute.
