Soma Breath Energized Breathwork is a guided outdoor wellness session that combines rhythmic breathing, music, chanting, and light movement to help reduce stress and boost energy. Hosted at the pavilion on the Great Lawn, this afternoon class offers a dedicated space to pause and reset your nervous system. This session is best suited for parents, caregivers, and teenagers who can participate in a focused ninety-minute practice. The event is entirely free to attend, but you will need to bring your own yoga mat or blanket, as the venue has a very limited supply on hand. Parking is available in the parking deck on Town Hall Campus or along the street near the park. Taking place on a Sunday afternoon, this is an ideal opportunity to carve out some quiet time for yourself before the busy school week begins. Since it is located right in the heart of Downtown Cary Park, one parent can easily slip away for the class while the other watches the kids at the nearby playground.
