Silly Stories with Ms. Olivia is a free, interactive morning storytime featuring books, music, and movement at the Durham library. This thirty-minute session takes place in the Southwest Meeting Room and no longer requires advance registration, so you can easily drop in. It is best suited for toddlers and preschoolers who need a high-energy environment to stay focused. The library has a large, free parking lot right out front, making it easy to navigate with a stroller or multiple children. While this is a Monday morning event rather than a weekend activity, it makes a perfect addition to your weekly routine if you are looking to connect with other local parents and burn off some early-week energy.
