Join us at PHOTO FARM SALON: critique nights, a gathering (BYOB!) for photographers to give and receive constructive, thoughtful feedback on ongoing bodies of work. The meetups are two hours, allowing 4 photographers to share their work with the larger group (approx. 25 minutes each), with a brief intermission break. Each presenting photographer shares between 20-25 images, or the equivalent, along with a brief, informal project statement (~250 words) from a work-in-progress series. Prints are encouraged, although work shared digitally is perfectly acceptable. Filmmakers are also welcome to show shorts (~10min). If you would like to present your work, please signup below. For all others attending, just come on by (no RSVP/signup necessary) and take part! Punctuality is appreciated. Folks who consistently provide feedback without presenting their own images will, if they choose, receive priority for a critique spot in future sessions to ensure that everyone who contributes to the group has an opportunity to share their own work. SALON meetups are sliding scale fees — if you can, please consider contributing to help PHOTO FARM’s mission.
