Puppies & Yoga Raleigh

Puppies & Yoga Raleigh is a seventy-five-minute session that combines forty-five minutes of basic yoga with thirty minutes of dedicated puppy socialization. The studio provides a structured environment where participants can stretch while young dogs roam the room, followed by a designated period for photos and playtime. Tickets cost $69 per person, and sessions are held at various times throughout the day. Because of the nature of animal interactions, this activity is best suited for older children and teenagers who can follow safety guidelines and handle animals gently. You must arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled start time, as late entry is not permitted, and every participant must sign a liability waiver before entering the studio space. This event makes a great weekend escape when you need to decompress and want a high-quality dose of animal therapy. It is an easy way to squeeze in some light movement while spending dedicated, screen-free time with your teenager.
