Team up with your fellow smartypants to drink and think your way into $50 in prizes AND bragging rights for the week. Trivia takes a tech twist with DJ Ray's Pub Trivia. How To Play: 1. The night of the show, our meeting number and password will be given out just before we start so you can log into our Zoom from the table. 2. I'll announce each question on the speaker and you'll see it in text on your phone. 3. Answering will be web-based, just like we've been doing for Virtual Trivia We suggest two separate devices for answering and viewing, as switching between the two on a single device proved to be quite cumbersome. To make things as smooth as possible, please make sure you have zoom installed, and your devices fully charged. You don't need anything additional to download for the virtual answer sheet.

Pub Trivia w/ DJ Ray is a weekly interactive trivia night hosted at Doherty's Irish Pub in Cary that combines traditional brain teasers with a digital format. Players use their smartphones to submit answers in real time while competing for fifty dollars in prizes. To participate, you will need to bring two fully charged devices, such as a phone and a tablet. One device is used to view the questions via Zoom, while the other serves as your digital answer sheet. The event is free to play, but you will want to budget for dinner or drinks from the pub menu. This is an excellent option for a low-key Monday date night or a casual get-together with friends to start the week. The digital format keeps the game moving quickly, leaving plenty of time to chat and enjoy the pub food.
