Whispers is a live theatrical screening where the audience collectively becomes part of the story. Viewers influence what Detective Marcus Kent says, which evidence he investigates, how he treats suspects, and ultimately who he accuses. It sits somewhere between television, cinema, theater, and a game, but the experience is designed for a room full of people watching together.The project was created by Bernie Su, a 3x Emmy-winning creator and showrunner, and built by Pickford. It is one of the first SAG-AFTRA-approved AI-driven productions, and we recently presented it at Sundance. This summer's Alamo screenings are our first chance to put the format in front of real local audiences around the country.
