One Walk to Rule Them All Exercise Challenge is a self-paced, fantasy-themed fitness initiative hosted by the Durham County Library system. To participate, you can pick up a physical tracking sheet at either the South Regional or North Regional library branches, or request a digital copy online. Participants have until the end of November to log their active minutes and complete at least four of the five challenges listed on the sheet. This activity is completely free and open to all ages, making it an easy way to keep toddlers, teens, and parents moving together. You can log any type of physical activity, from playground time to neighborhood bike rides. Once a challenge milestone is reached, bring your tracker to the South Regional or North Regional branch to collect a themed button. Both library locations offer free, spacious parking lots and accessible entrances. This is a smart weekend pick because it turns regular outdoor play into a game with tangible rewards. You can grab your tracker during your usual Saturday library run, then head straight to a nearby park to start logging your first active minutes.
