Calling all fiction lovers! Join us at North Regional Library for convivial discussions on a variety of fiction titles. Library copies of the month's book will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Information Desk starting the day of the previous meeting. For our September meeting we'll be reading Theo of Golden by Allen Levi. Questions? Contact Emily at etobias@dconc.gov or 919-560-0140.
North Book Club is a monthly morning gathering for fiction readers at the North Regional Library in Durham. The group meets in the children's programming room to discuss selected novels in a relaxed, welcoming setting. For the September meeting, the group will discuss Allen Levi's novel, Theo of Golden. If you want to participate, you can pick up a library copy of the book at the information desk on a first-come, first-served basis starting a month before the meeting. The event is completely free to attend and is designed for adults. The library has a large, free parking lot, and you can easily bring your stroller inside if you are visiting the children's section before or after the discussion. This weekday morning event is a perfect opportunity to carve out some quiet intellectual time for yourself while your kids are at preschool, or to connect with other local readers in your community.
