Are you a fan of crime fiction, raffles, and booze? Hillsborough’s Noir at the Bar has all this and more. Join us at 7 for raffles, drinks, and short readings from Eryk Pruitt and friends. Hosted by Tracey Reynolds.
Noir at the Bar is a live literary event featuring short crime fiction readings by local authors, including Eryk Pruitt, alongside drink specials and raffle drawings. Hosted by Tracey Reynolds, this gathering brings mystery writers and readers together in a relaxed tavern setting. What to Know: This event takes place at Yonder, Not Just a Bar, in downtown Hillsborough. Because of the mature themes in crime fiction and the bar venue, this is strictly an adults-only event, making it perfect for a date night or a solo outing. Admission is free, but you will want to bring money for drinks. It is a fantastic weekday escape to recharge your batteries before the weekend. You can grab dinner at one of Hillsborough's nearby restaurants beforehand, then settle in for an evening of suspenseful storytelling and community connection.
