Four new businesses have joined Boxyard RTP: The Pudding Man, KatSushi, unEarth Body Care and PenPals. Each brings a unique new element to the Boxyard community! Help celebrate them with activations including a scavenger hunt, samples, yard games, a memory wall, a live caricature artist and more. As you explore and learn more about each business’s story, search for special 3D creations hidden throughout the venue. Complete the scavenger hunt by 7 p.m. for a mystery pin from one of the four new businesses!
New Biz in the Box is a community celebration welcoming four new local businesses to the Boxyard RTP shipping container complex. Visitors can meet the owners of The Pudding Man, KatSushi, unEarth Body Care, and PenPals while enjoying lawn games, a live caricature artist, and a memory wall. To keep kids entertained, grab a scavenger hunt map to search for hidden 3D creations around the property. If you complete the hunt by 7:00 PM, your child can collect a prize pin from one of the new shops. Admission to the event is free, though you will want to bring card or mobile payment for food and shopping. Parking is free in the main Research Triangle Park lot surrounding the venue. This is a highly manageable Friday evening outing because the venue is contained, stroller-friendly, and offers plenty of outdoor seating. It is an easy way to feed the kids, support local entrepreneurs, and burn off some after-school energy before the weekend starts.
