The Negroni: three equal parts of Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth. Its simplicity and elegance have ensured its place as a durable classic. Our Negroni class in 2025 was Little Gem’s first official cocktail class, so we are excited that this will mark a year of classes! The Negroni is such a beloved cocktail that it warrants not a mere day like others, but an entire week. Bars and restaurants all over the world participate in celebrating the legendary drink and raising money for a great cause. For this class, we will make three very different styles of cocktails inspired by the Negroni - pushing the boundaries of what those three ingredients can do. Like last year, we will have fun swag to give away to participants. Class includes plated snacks from Beau Catering, three cocktails & recipe cards for each cocktail so you can make them at home!
