Breathe. Move. Explore. This open-level modern dance class focuses on breath, flow, and moving through the space with clarity and purpose. Explore body alignment and the mechanics of motion, while building strength, awareness and ease. Dance phrases will grow from musicality and dynamic expression. Class may progress with guided improvisation and creating a dance work together. All levels are welcome- just curiosity and a willingness to move are required. The first class on Tuesday, Sept 1 is free - come try it out with no commitment! The rest of the class is Tuesdays, 11am-12pm, from Sept 8-Oct 13 (6 wks).
