In this two-hour workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of weaving on a locally made mini loom. We'll cover how to warp a loom, three basic weaving techniques, and weave samplers to practice. You'll design your own mini woven art piece (with help!) and leave with your sampler, your design, a 4x6" matboard for framing your art, and a 4-pack of mini looms to keep weaving at home. All materials for this class will be provided. Complete beginners welcome, no weaving experience required. If you're curious, you're qualified.
