Mini Makers Workshop
Arts

Mini Makers Workshop is a weekly morning craft program for young children held at the North Regional Library in Durham. Led by Ms. Chelsea, the session focuses on simple, hands-on art projects that encourage fine motor skills and creative play in a relaxed group setting. To attend, you must register each child individually beforehand, as space in the Children's Programming Room is limited. The library is located at 221 Milton Road, which offers a large, free parking lot and a spacious children's section to explore after the event. If you need accessibility accommodations, be sure to email the library staff at least three business days before you go. This event is a smart addition to your weekly routine because it provides structured, mess-free crafting without having to buy supplies or clean up your own kitchen. It also gets you out of the house early on a Monday to connect with other local parents.
