Nrityanjali Academy of Dance artistic director Guru Padma Rao will educate and mesmerize the audience with the techniques, postures abhinaya aspects and nuances of Bharatanatyam, a 2400-year-old ancient temple dance form of India. This session also includes wonderful interactive segments where the audience can experience the strict posture, movements and emotional expressions adhered to by a bharatnatyam dancer and thus experience how it deeply synchronizes intricate physical movements with emotional and cognitive awareness.
