Looking for that perfect, one-of-a-kind gift? Why not give the “Gift of Experience”? Our classes and workshops are the perfect unique alternative to a material gift for any occasion! This class is perfect for anyone who wants to get into turning. In this fast pace class you will have a full day of turning working on a total of three projects, a pen, handle, and bowl. Additionally you will learn to sharpen carbide tools and how sharp tools effect your work. Spots are limited, be sure to sign up early! All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
