Little Gem is proud to announce that we will now offer monthly tasting classes! These classes will follow the format of our cocktail classes in that they are meant to be fun, informative, and social. We will go through the techniques of professional tasting and how to analyze the components of a spirit. You will be provided with tasting sheets to make notes of your impressions and which are your favorites, but we will also focus on the history of the spirits we are tasting and their parent categories. We will discuss the personalities and intriguing stories behind the spirit. Unlike the cocktail classes, prices per class will vary as we explore widely different products, some of them obscure and rare.
