Learn how to use a sewing machine and how to sew by hand with the non-profit Connecting with Threads. This six-week series of programs enables tweens and teens to build their knowledge as they become independent sewers. They will also be making a project to give to someone in our community--a dog blanket or a pillowcase! The six programs are scheduled for: August 29, Sept 12, Sept. 26, Oct. 10, Oct. 17, and Oct. 24. To complete all activities, tweens and teens will need to attend all six sessions. For tweens (ages 9 and up) and teens Registration is required! You must register individually for each session you plan to attend.
