K-5th Adventures: Halloween is a free afternoon program of festive, hands-on activities for elementary school students at the Middle Creek Community Library in Apex. To attend, your child must be in kindergarten through fifth grade. The event is free, but space and supplies are limited. You do not need to register in advance, but you must pick up a free ticket at the library circulation desk starting at 4:00 PM on the day of the event. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Children are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes. This is a straightforward, budget-friendly way to let your kids burn off some weekday energy with seasonal crafts and activities while you browse for your weekly library books.
