Looking for some delicious and inexpensive wines for your Labor Day Weekend? Join us at The Bar(n) at Sonark Farms for a little grillin’ and a little chillin’ with our Spirit Guide Esteban and Laurence Vuelta from Sunrise Wines! On the plate: Grilled Italian sausage, grilled chicken thighs and Citrus Chipotle Grilled Tofu, with grilled zucchini, squash, and sweet onions. We’ll also have a little pasta salad, and pan con tomate (grilled bread with garlic, tomato and olive oil). Dessert will be some grilled fruits! In the glass: Prosecco, an un-oaked Italian chardonnay, two reds (one Italian and one Spanish), and an French rosé. All the wines will be available for purchase after the event at cost +20%, about 40% below retail price!
