Keep socially active while learning new games! Members are welcome to play one of our board games or bring one from home. We love learning new games and new strategies for old games in a fun, non-competitive environment! This program will take place at the North Regional Library, 221 Milton Rd, in the Adult Programming room. Email dpeterson@dconc.gov with questions or accommodation needs.
Game Day for Grown-Ups is a social community gathering at the North Regional Library where adults can play board games together. What to Know: This event is free to attend and takes place in the Adult Programming Space. You can play the board games provided by the library or bring one of your own from home to share with the group. The environment is relaxed and non-competitive, focusing on learning new strategies and meeting people. If you have questions or need accommodations, you can email dpeterson@dconc.gov ahead of time. This is a simple, low-stress way to carve out some personal time during the week, connect with other adults in the Durham area, and enjoy a favorite hobby without any competitive pressure.
