Every Walmart store that has a pharmacy, nationwide, is participating in Walmart Wellness Day, a FREE community health event designed to make preventive care accessible and affordable, on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. During the event, customers can receive a variety of free health screenings, connect with Walmart pharmacists, and learn more about resources that support overall wellness. The timing aligns with the busy back-to-school season, giving families an opportunity to check key health metrics, explore immunization options and complete wellness needs while shopping for school essentials. Event offerings include free health screenings such as blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, body mass index, vision screenings (at select locations), as well as affordable immunizations, 1:1 pharmacist consultations, and information on nutrition, healthy living, and medication support. Walmart Pharmacy Locations in Triangle Please note that there may be other locations in the Triangle that have pharmacies and are participating.
