This event is for ages 8 to 15, but older teens and adults are welcome! Fencing is more than just a sport; it's a mental and physical challenge that sharpens reflexes, builds agility, and cultivates a strategic mindset. It's a fantastic way to stay fit, make new friends, and experience the thrill of one-on-one combat in a safe and supportive environment. Come visit the gym and learn the basics of the sport from professional coaches. Research Triangle Fencing provides all safety equipment. Wear comfortable athletic clothing (sweatpants, clean athletic shoes, and a t-shirt.)
