Attendees purchase an art ticket to enter a random drawing, and when their name is called, they have sixty seconds to select and claim an original piece of art directly from the gallery walls. If you are planning to attend, expect a lively evening with an open bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Tickets range from $425 to $550, which includes the cost of the artwork you take home. The event is best suited for adults looking for a creative date night or a night out with friends. This is an excellent weekend pick because it combines a night out with a tangible reward. Instead of just donating to a cause, you get to actively participate in a high-energy draft and walk away with a new, professional piece of art for your home.
