The Fall Kinusaiga Workshop is an introductory crafting class where participants learn the traditional Japanese art of creating detailed pictures from fabric scraps. Hosted at Bloom Collective, this session teaches you how to tuck fabric into pre-cut grooves on a board to create a beautiful textured mosaic. All materials and tools are provided with your registration, so you only need to bring yourself. The class is designed for beginners, making it best suited for adults and older teens who have the fine motor skills and patience for detailed handiwork. Street parking is available near the venue, and we recommend arriving ten minutes early to find a spot and settle in. This workshop makes a great weekend pick because it offers a quiet, creative break from the busy school-year routine. You will leave with a finished autumn-themed project and a new skill you can easily replicate at home for future holiday crafting.
