Fall Equinox: Energies are changing. An evening of outdoor yoga, guided journaling, tea, and conversation. A 90 min outdoor practice inspired by the shift from summer into fall. We’ll begin with an all-levels flow and gradually slow into Yin- and restorative-inspired poses. Guided journaling will be woven throughout as we explore how we respond when the conditions around us change — what we resist, how we adapt, and what helps us find our footing when life shifts. We’ll close the practice with a long, restful Savasana. We’ll end the evening over tea and conversation, with time to share, listen, or simply enjoy being together.
