From grind & dose, to distribution & tamp, all the way to extraction; we’ll cover what you need to know to consistently pull delicious shots.You'll have the opportunity to pull shots on a professional espresso machine, a Victoria Arduino Eagle One, which is the same machine our baristas use at Open Eye Cafe!You'll leave this two-hour experience with a good understanding of espresso extraction and history - and a bag of Piedmont Espresso to enjoy at home.
