The ESOL Intermediate Level Class is a free, twice-weekly language course designed to help adults improve their English speaking, reading, and writing skills. The program runs on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the fall semester in a dedicated conference room at the downtown library branch. To attend, you must first complete a placement test through the Durham Literacy Center, as registration is handled directly through their office rather than the library. Parking is available in the library parking deck, and you should bring a notebook and pen to each session.
