Practice speaking English in our fun and informal conversation group! Learn about American culture, practice conversation skills, and try out new vocabulary. For ages 18 and older. All levels are welcome. This is a volunteer-led group.
The English Conversation Group at Leesville Library is a free weekly gathering where adults can practice their English speaking skills in a relaxed, informal setting. Led by community volunteers, the group helps participants build vocabulary, improve pronunciation, and learn about American culture through casual conversation. This program is designed specifically for adults aged 18 and older, and participants of all language proficiency levels are welcome to attend. There is no cost to participate, and you do not need to register in advance. The Leesville Community Library offers plenty of free parking in its main lot, and you do not need to bring any materials with you to join the discussion. While this is a weekday afternoon event rather than a weekend activity, it makes an excellent addition to your weekly routine. It provides a valuable opportunity for parents and caregivers to focus on their own personal growth and connect with other international residents in the Raleigh area while the kids are at school.
