Relax and read with a dog! This program brings dogs and reluctant readers together for 20 minutes of companionship. Handlers and their dogs provide quiet encouragement to children so that they might develop a love of reading and improve communication skills. Canines for Literacy is an affiliate program of Reading Education Assistance Dogs® (R.E.A.D.®). Registration is required. Please note that you may book one session per day, and sessions are 20 minutes long. Available time slots are as follows: 2:00pm, 2:20 pm, 2:40pm. If it's less than 24 hrs before the event, give us a call and see if we have any avaialbe time slots left! Bow Wow for now!
