Follow these directions to complete the deferral process. Important: Deferring your registration does not automatically register you for next year’s race. When registration opens for next year’s event, you will receive an email invitation with instructions to claim your deferral and complete your registration . You must complete this process to secure your spot in the event. Option 2: Apply Your Credit to Another Capstone Races Event Email customer service at support@hakusports.com . A member of the customer service team will assist you with applying your credit toward another Capstone Races event. Your credit will be reduced by $20 to cover the deferral fee. Deferral Deadline The deferral window closes October 8, 2026 . All deferral requests must be completed by this deadline. Pre-Race Questions What is Worry-Free Registration? We understand how important the Bull City Race Fest is to our runners, which is why we’re committed to providing a seamless race experience. If we’re forced to cancel before the race begins for any reason, you will receive your entire registration fee back in the form of race credit, which will not expire for one year and can be applied to any Capstone Races event. Please note that our “No Refund” and “No Transfer” policies will still be in effect for this race.
