Join us for an interactive series to discover the exciting world of nutrition, healthy habits, and food science! Through hands-on experiments, engaging demonstrations, games, and creative activities, kids will learn how their bodies use food for energy, why healthy choices matter, and how science is all around us. Each session is designed to spark curiosity, encourage healthy lifestyles, and make learning fun. No prior science experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and get ready to explore! About the presenters: Sophie and Yoojin are Duke undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in medicine who are passionate about promoting nutrition and wellness through early education. They enjoy making science fun while inspiring young learners to build healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
