Bingo, Books and Bites is a free morning social event for adults aged 55 and older at the West Regional Library in Cary. Participants can enjoy light refreshments, listen to brief book presentations, and play several rounds of bingo with neighbors. To attend this program, you must register in advance through the Wake County Public Libraries website. Since snacks are provided, you only need to bring yourself, though you may want to arrive a few minutes early to secure your seat. This is an excellent weekend starter for older adults in the Triangle who want to socialize in a relaxed, quiet setting. It is also a wonderful, low-stress activity to book for local grandparents who enjoy library programs and community games.
