Baby Storytime is a brief, interactive early literacy program designed specifically for infants who are not yet walking and their caregivers. What to Know: This free event takes place in the children's section of the Eva Perry Regional Library in Apex. You do not need to register in advance, so you can easily skip it if your nap schedule falls apart. The session lasts only fifteen minutes, which is the perfect length for tiny attention spans. Bring a small blanket for your baby to lie on during the floor activities. This is an ideal weekend outing because it gets you out of the house for a structured activity without committing to a long, overwhelming event. It is a gentle, welcoming environment where nobody minds if your baby cries or needs a diaper change mid-song.
